Do we have to pay to be listed?
No. Free listings are open to any center with an active Florida DCF license that we can confirm, and they are never ordered by money. Paying for the featured spot doesn’t change how free listings work.
How much does the featured spot cost?
We don’t post prices on the site. Send a request and we will share the flat-fee terms with you directly. The fee stays the same no matter how many people call.
Can we pay per call or per admission instead?
No. The fee is always flat, and we don’t track calls for billing. Paying for patient referrals is prohibited under Florida’s Patient Brokering Act.
What if the featured spot is taken?
Only one center holds it at a time. Send a request anyway and we will tell you where things stand. Your free listing isn’t affected either way.
How do we fix a mistake in our free listing?
Choose the free listing option on the form and tell us what needs changing. A link to a public source, such as your DCF record, helps us confirm it.
