Send us a message
The form below is the only way to reach us. We read every message. Please don’t include health details about yourself or anyone else. We don’t need them to help you.
In danger right now? Call 911. For a substance use or mental health crisis, call or text 988. This guide is not a treatment provider.
We can’t give medical advice or help with admissions; for that, contact a center directly. Every center in our treatment center listings shows its own phone number.
What you can contact us about
- Corrections. Something on a page is wrong or out of date. Our editorial standards explain how we handle fixes.
- Listings. You run a licensed center and want to know how free listings work.
- Sponsorship. Your center is interested in the one sponsored spot. Read sponsor this guide first, then use the request form.
- Accessibility. Part of the site is hard to use. See our accessibility page.
- Privacy. A question about your information. Our privacy policy covers how messages are handled.
What we can’t help with, and who can
- Getting someone admitted. Call the center directly. Intake staff can tell you what they need and when they can see your loved one.
- Checking insurance benefits. Call the member services number on the insurance card, or ask the center’s admissions team to check for you.
- Medical questions. Talk with a doctor, a pharmacist or the center’s medical staff. Please don’t stop or change any medication without a doctor’s advice.
- Help tonight. Call or text 988 any time. If someone is in danger, call 911.
What happens after you write
We reply by email to the address you give us. A correction can take a little longer, because we check it against the source before we change a page. If you run a center and are asking about a listing, include the center’s Florida DCF license number so we can look it up.
If you are trying to decide what kind of help your loved one needs, our level of care guide is a good place to start while you wait to hear back.
